user is an object in the window that has permission to Access all sources
on the computer .He can log on to the window 7 computer system because
when a user is created by the administrator a valid RID & SID assigned to
that user by operating system .
RID => Relative Identity SID => Security Identity (User can work in
limited workstation)
All this things are possible because user must have
their profile in the local system computer.
1> ADMINISTRATOR :- By default account is enables , Permission
read & write means full power account means administrator can do everything
can change and remove anything , modify permission. (We cannot make this account
it will automatically create when we install window.
2>GUEST: - Account by default disabled (we can note
change any setting when we login as guest unless administrator permission is
not enabled). Guest account does not contain any type of profile and is very
restricted. (In simple word guest don't have own profile)
3> NORMAL USER :- Created by administrator ,less power
account , only read permission , can read only permission but can't
change or modify it .We can create a normal user in computer management . Click
start --> search computer management in search bar & select computer
management . Now right click on the computer icons & select option management
In computer management expand local user and group container. Now Right click
on the user contained and select option new user and type user name, last name description
and password.
Group: - A group is a collection of multiple users. There are two
types of group as given below --
1> Distribution Group: - Is required when we want to send a
single mail to multiple users, without adding BBC & CC.
BBC stands for Blank Black Copy
& CC stands for carbon copy.
You have seen these words while
sending mail to any one bbc and cc. we can send this to different users and if
you select many email id and sent it to recipient then he also came to know that
the mail carbon copy received to how many person.
2> Security Group :- It is defined a security on the object
that what kind of permission he have or what he can do or not on a machine .
Steps Are: - 1> Open computer management.
2> Expand users and groups.
3> Double click on user.
4> Now select desired user from the list. Right click on that
& select properties now select member button on top / then click on add and
select advance in new tab so another tab will open click on find now on right
hand side options.soo now you can see different types of users available on
bottom of that tab e.g. are :-
1. Power purser group => Can
change time setting.
2. Network configuration operator => Can change TCP/IP Setting
3. Backup operator group
=> Can change Backup / Restore
4. Print operator
=> Can manage their own printing operator.
