Share folder permission

                NTFS fill system provides files & folder level security security

By default users are the member of user's & group so they can access anything which is shared by the admin & users but you can restrict them on any selected items by using security.

 Steps :-1> Create a folder ''abc'' whatever name and now right click on folder & choose properties now click on sharing n click on advance sharing now new tab will open on it you have to check share this folder option on top left side of new tab .

2> Now click on permission button so new tab will open then remove everyone from the list  & click add ->advanced -> find now & select your desired user from the list and hit ok -> ok now in the permission section give full control to that user click ok and hit apply now at last select ok and close the file.

 @ What is inheritance: - By default every user is a member of users and group so by default they have right to access anything on computer because they are inherited by their parent object administrator but by replacing on the user (mean user) administrator can grant full control to any object or deny.

Steps to configure inheritance: - 1> Right click on the shared folder & choose its property.

2> Now click on security tab and select advance click change permission & select to allow user's read and excite from the from the least and after that uncheck the box include permission from this object parent deselect inheritance.

3> Now click on add button apply -> ok -> ok.

4> Click edit and remove everything from the ACL (Access Control List) one by one .

5>After that click on advance find now & select desired user from the list and hit ok and then at end give full control to act apply -> ok -> ok.

Share folder management => Open computer management => Expand share container => Now you have three sub containers.
Share => View all share including default share you can create mean share folder at here.
Session => View session means network session.
Open files => Displayed files opened by the network users.
