LAN Card icon displayed in the blue color it mean's communication
is working properly.
, if X (red cross) is displayed on it then
network cable is unplugged and if this lan card displayed in grey color its
mean the lan card is disabled to turent it into use right click on lan card
display click on enable. Then it will enabled and grey color change into blue.
Ping stands for Packet Internet Grouper & this command used to
check connectivity with other it has different type of message during pin
utility.
Reply from destination IP of 32 bit this message will receive
during ping command when communication network is working properly.
* Ping transmits general failure: - these messages will be received
during ping cmd when communication is working properly ping 7.0.0.3. 32byte for pocket sent four pocket received
lose 0
* RTO - Request Time Out
=> This message will be received when internet connection
firewall will be enabled on destination computer's lan card. ICF is a feature of
window xp, 7,8.
If we enable firewall in this condition we can communicate with other computer
but other computers can’t communicate with us .It is used for the computer
security purpose so it should be enabled as give in fig
